Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
The item is in its original condition
All tags, packaging, and labels remain attached
The item shows no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

A defective item
An incorrect item sent by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Final sale items
Clearance items
Gift cards
Customized or personalized items
Items marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase
Items returned after the 30-day return period


Return Authorization

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Please include:
Your order number
The reason for the return
Photos of the item if the item is damaged or defective

If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size changes or defective items when inventory is available.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer:
Store credit
A refund to the original payment method

Exchanges are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will provide one of the following remedies:
Replacement item
Store credit
Full refund


Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we made an error.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

 

After this period, orders may have already entered processing or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.



Fraud, Abuse, or Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or deny returns in cases where we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

A customer is abusing the return policy
Excessive returns are detected
Fraudulent activity is suspected


Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Filing fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action where permitted by law.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for returned items shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Damage caused by improper use or care of products
