Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our store.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
-United States: 3–7 business days
-Canada: 7–14 business days
-International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Carriers
Orders may be shipped using major carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the shipping destination and service availability.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist customers in resolving shipping issues when possible, but responsibility ultimately lies with the carrier once the package has been shipped.

 

 

 


Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
